This is so angry because we are near sucess. I just have this experience. I have try many times but still failed. I search the internet to find a solved way for  0x08823 / 0x0116a. But only find an article of Freenom.

As you see the article in the picture, 0x08823 means that our account is in the watchlist of freenom systom. If we want to  remove the account out of this systom, the only way is wait.

But this give me a idea. I change my IP with a VPN and register a new account. Then register a domain with this new account.  Success! That seems the only way to solve 0x08823/0x0116a is registering a new account.

19/Nov/2016 Update: After study, I find that if you are registing the domain include the word like “proxy”, “block” and so on, it is more easy to appear the 0x08823 / 0x0116a error. So if you still have this error, try to remove the word above.
